🌍 5 Temmuz Uluslararası Kooperatifler Günü’nü, gençleri odağına alan yeni projemizi duyurarak kutluyoruz!
Haliéus (İtalya) ve Agrupación de Cooperativas Valle del Jerte (İspanya) ortaklığında yürüttüğümüz Youth4Coops projesiyle, genç kooperatifçilerin yeşil ve dijital dönüşüm süreçlerinde güçlenmesini hedefliyoruz.
İyi uygulamaları haritalıyor, rehber hazırlıyor, 3 günlük eğitim düzenliyor ve uluslararası bir çevrimiçi topluluk kuruyoruz.
🎯 Amaçlarımız:
- Dijital ve yeşil dönüşümde iyi örnekleri görünür kılmak
- Gençlerin bilgi ve becerilerini geliştirmek
- Gençleri kooperatif yönetiminde söz sahibi yapmak

📢 Time for green and digital transformation for youth! Youth4Coops is kicking off! 🌱💻
🌍 We celebrate the International Day of Cooperatives (5 July) by launching a new project focused on youth!
In partnership with Haliéus (Italy) and Agrupación de Cooperativas Valle del Jerte (Spain), Youth4Coops empowers young cooperators in green and digital transformation.
We are mapping good practices, preparing a guide, organizing a 3-day training, and building an international online community.
🎯 Objectives:
- Make good practices in green/digital transition visible
- Strengthen young people’s skills
- Support youth in cooperative leadership
We celebrate #CoopsDay with a project where youth build a shared future through solidarity! 🌍✨
📌 Project Summary
Objectives:
- (O1) Render visibility and recognition to good practices in digital and green transition in agri-food cooperatives in Italy, Türkiye, and Spain
- (O2) Build skills and capacities of young men and women members of agri-food cooperatives regarding digitalization and green transition
- (O3) Empower young men and women members of agri-food cooperatives in taking up executive roles in their cooperatives
Activities:
- Mapping of good practices in digital and green transition in agri-food cooperatives (Italy, Türkiye, Spain)
- Practitioner’s kit with technical and practical knowledge about key digital/green transition pathways and youth leadership
- 3-day in-person training for young agri-food cooperators
- International online community of practice for post-project collaboration
Impact:
- Good practices are scouted, identified, and shared
- Young cooperators receive practical guidelines for leading transitions
- Participants gain skills in managing change, risks, and inclusive leadership
- A transnational peer exchange and collaboration network is formed
